I ordered and paid for two headphones and only received one I contacted decibel they said they would take care of it but it’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing else from them the won’t answer my text messages so I guess I’ve been ripped off

I've purchased these headphones before a number of times and they are a VERY GOOD line from that company. I'm usually always satisfied.
Unfortunately, this time I received a pair slightly damaged in the box. Perhaps a manufacturer error or mishandling in shipping, but the left ear speaker is loose and rattling inside the cup.
Everything still works fine and I'm keeping them, but a slight turn of the head while they are on and they rattle.
Still, I'm satisfied with the purchase and will buy them again.

Something is loose inside one of the earcups. I can hear it rattle around when I move my head.

I had only used on-ear headphones in the days of stereo receivers and record players. For digital recordings and iPhone using, I used ear buds… these were always lacking in either quality or comfort. I decided to try an on-ear headphone from Bamboo, mainly because it was much cheaper than high end earbuds. I received the headphones rapidly after ordering and read the small pamphlet to find out how it works. I charged the headphones per instructions, then proceeded to pair with my mini iPad. It worked - I saw the successful pairing indicated in my iPad. I then turned to some radio/music broadcasts, and immediately heard very good sound quality and very good bass far in excess of any ear buds I owned now and previously. The comfort was also very much greater and external sound was almost non-existant. I can honestly say that the bamboo on-ear headphones give the best price and performance. Try the, you will not be disappointed.

I bought this more my better half and we uses it to listen to her tablet. It was easy to pair with her tablet. I have not yet used it with her laptop computer as it is not Bluetooth enabled, but I will be ordering a Bluetooth dongle to use with it.

Everything works as expected and the fit is comfortable. The sound quality is very good. I've noticed a slight rattling noise when the left earphone is moving up and down (regardless of whether the phones are on or off). I guess something is a little loose inside. It's an annoyance but not enough to stop using the headphones. I'm glad I bought them.
