The product is great for the price, especially with the sale price. All aspects of the product are great except one minor issue. At low volumes, there is no sound in the left earphone. This is for extremely low volumes, however, the product works great the rest of the time.

The earbuds came very quickly. The packaging is very nice and both sets seemed to be charged when we opened the boxes. One set works perfectly but the other set has an issue. I emailed support and was given a suggestion to charge that set overnight. We did that and they still don’t work, waiting to see what support suggests from here. I can say that their first response was prompt and courteous. I expect that the second response will be too. I hope we can get this resolved satisfactorily. I can update this review once I know the outcome.

The audio is pretty good with the latest version of skype but the microphone in the DA2 does not seem to work with skype very well. My friends on skype have had no problem with hearing me when I was using a traditional microphone headset. With the DA2 they said my voice was almost unintelligible and broke up often mid-word. UPDATE- customer service rep was right on it. emailed me a return label and they will replace these. I expect that will solve the problem. Really impressive and responsive attention to my problem
