Thanks for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the sound molecules. Unfortunately, this is a common problem with earbuds, try changing the silicone tips to one of the other smaller sizes included with your purchase. Hopefully this helps!

Had them now for 3weeks. I love them. Needed better instructions with the product or an online link to them. Occasional spottiness with the connection when my phone is in my pocket.
